Faulty tablet or printer: return, replacement and warranty
Who to contact?
For a broken tablet, a tablet that no longer charges or starts, or a delivery problem, email adv@eeworx.com. For a mechanical failure of a Brother TD-2125 or TD-2350 printer, you can also contact Brother after-sales service directly (see What to do if the printer breaks down?).
Information to send
the tablet number or the printer model;
the site name and the delivery address;
a description of the problem and a photo of the equipment.
Warranty
Equipment supplied by Eeworx is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (Samsung tablet: 2 years, battery: 1 year; Brother printer: 3 years). Breakage is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Replacement conditions depend on your contract: the ADV team will confirm them.
Before returning a tablet
If it still turns on, synchronize your data and check that the number of records to synchronize is 0.
When you receive the new tablet
Follow the ADV team’s instructions; if the tablet needs to be set up, see the setup procedure. The old tablet then shows “This tablet is deactivated”: this is normal (see error messages).
