What should I do if my Eezytrace tablet breaks down?

A tablet that won't start up, freezes, or no longer holds a charge may prevent you from using the Eezytrace app. Here are the most common issues and recommended steps to try to resolve the problem or contact the appropriate support team.

🔋 1. The tablet no longer holds a charge or won’t charge

  • Try using a different charger (if possible, an official or high-quality charger).

  • Check that the cable and plug are working properly.

  • If, after several attempts, the tablet still won’t hold a charge, the battery is likely defective

🚫 2. The tablet won’t turn on at all

  • Hold down the power button for 10 to 15 seconds.

  • If the tablet remains off, remove the battery (if it is removable), wait a few seconds, then reinsert it and try to restart.

🧊 3. The tablet starts up but freezes

  • The screen turns on but you cannot access the Eezytrace app or Wi-Fi Center.

  • Try restarting the tablet (hold the power button for a few seconds).

  • If the freeze persists, it may be a software or system issue.

📡 4. Wi-Fi connection issues

  • The tablet won’t connect to the Wi-Fi network despite several attempts.

  • Check that the password is correct.

  • Restart the tablet and the Wi-Fi access point.

  • Try connecting to another Wi-Fi network (if possible).

👉 If you still can’t connect after trying everything, it might be a hardware issue.
