What should I do if my Eezytrace tablet breaks down?
A tablet that won't start up, freezes, or no longer holds a charge may prevent you from using the Eezytrace app. Here are the most common issues and recommended steps to try to resolve the problem or contact the appropriate support team.

🔋 1. The tablet no longer holds a charge or won’t charge

Try using a different charger (if possible, an official or high-quality charger).

Check that the cable and plug are working properly.

If, after several attempts, the tablet still won’t hold a charge, the battery is likely defective.

🚫 2. The tablet won’t turn on at all

Hold down the power button for 10 to 15 seconds.

If the tablet remains off, remove the battery (if it is removable), wait a few seconds, then reinsert it and try to restart.
