How do I force a manual synchronization?

Synchronization uploads the records from the app to our servers so that they are available in the Espace Manager. It runs automatically in the background every few minutes. You can force it manually so you do not have to wait for the next cycle.

Follow the steps in this video or below to transfer your records to the Espace Manager:

1. Check the Internet connection

   • Make sure the tablet is connected by checking the indicator at the bottom right of Eezytrace (green, red or grey).

   • If the tablet is not connected, open Wifi Center to connect it to Wi-Fi.

2. Start the synchronization in Eezytrace

   • Tap once on the number of records to synchronize, at the bottom right of the screen. A support pop-up window appears.

   • Then tap “Data synchronization”.

3. Wait until the synchronization is finished

   • A confirmation message appears when the synchronization is complete.

Is synchronization automatic?

If your tablet is permanently connected to the Internet, you have nothing to do: the data is transferred automatically.

💡 Good practice: at the end of each day, check that the number of records to synchronize is 0.
