How to manually force data updates

What should I do if my settings have not been automatically modified on my tablet?

The update—that is, the data downloaded from the servers (Manager Space) to the Eezytrace app on the tablet—is a task that runs automatically in the background (it occurs every few minutes). This applies to configuration changes—such as modifications to controls, users, storage units, suppliers, etc.—or documents currently being downloaded, which the app must download so that these changes are reflected and visible. You can manually force the data update to avoid waiting for the next cycle.

Instructions

Launch EEZYTRACE

  1. Go to the User page

  2. Quickly tap the date and time at the bottom of the screen 5 times

 

    3. A pop-up window should appear

    4. Tap the "Update Data" button:

 

 

   5. You will see a small circle spinning on the right side while the app updates the data.

Once the update is complete, the messages "Update complete" and "No update needed" will appear.
