How to find a tablet's mac address

Finding a tablet's MAC address depends on the operating system used (Android, iOS, etc.). Here are the steps for the most common systems:

On an Android tablet (such as Eezytrace tablets)

  1. Unlock the tablet: Tap the tablet screen several times (usually 5). A dialog box will appear: enter the password 7389

  2. Open Settings: Tap System Settings

  3. Go to "About the Tablet":

    • Scroll down to "About the tablet" or "Device information."

  4. Look for "Status" or "Wi-Fi MAC Address":

    • Go to "Status" (or sometimes directly to "Network") to view the Wi-Fi MAC address.

    • It looks like this: A4:5E:60:AB:3C:1F

Tip: Sometimes the MAC address is also visible in
    Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi > [Network Name] > Advanced
