How to clear your browser's cache?

Emptying your browser's cache is an important step in resolving certain display problems on the Eezytrace Manager Space. The cache temporarily stores files to speed up browsing, but sometimes these files become obsolete and prevent correct display.

 

📍 Steps to clear your cache, depending on your browser


🔵 Google Chrome

  1. Click the menu in the top right corner.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. In the sidebar, click Privacy and security.

  4. Select Clear browsing data.

  5. Check the box next to Cached images and files.

  6. Click Clear data.


🟣 Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the menu in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. In the Privacy, search, and services section, click Choose what to clear.

  4. Check the box next to Cached images and files.

  5. Click Clear now.


🟠 Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click the menu in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. In the side menu, open Privacy & Security.

  4. Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data.

  5. Click Clear Data.

  6. Check Cached web content, then confirm by clicking Clear.

 

✅ Good to know

  • Do not check the Passwords option if you do not want to lose them.

  • After clearing the cache, close and reopen the browser before logging back into the Manager Dashboard.
