How to adjust your tablet's brightness

Sometimes, the brightness of your tablet is not adapted to your environment, making the screen difficult to read. Here's how to adjust it.

 

🛑 Access to settings is blocked

By default, tablets are locked to prevent unauthorized changes. This means you cannot directly access the system settings, where the brightness setting is located.

But don’t worry—you can temporarily unlock the tablet to make the necessary adjustments.

🔓 Unlock the tablet

To unlock the tablet and access the admin settings:

  1. Contact our support team to obtain the temporary password.

  2. Tap the tablet screen several
    times → A password window will appear.

  3. Enter the password provided by support.

Once the password is entered, you will access the tablet’s administrator settings.

 

Go to the System Settings tab

💡 Adjust the brightness

Once in the settings:

  1. Go to the "Display" menu.

  2. On the right, you’ll see the brightness slider.

  3. Drag this slider to increase or decrease the brightness as needed.

⚠️ Tip: Brightness that is too low or too high can strain your eyes. Adjust it for optimal visual comfort.
