How do you manage storage areas?

The "Storage areas" tab lets you create, modify, duplicate, deactivate or delete storage areas on your site.

 

Create a storage zone

  1. Click "Create a storage zone" (blue button).

  2. Enter:

    • Storage area name

    • Site (and section, if applicable)

    • Target temperatures (example: 0 to 4 °C, even if the tolerance is up to 6 °C)

    • TAG (unlock the padlock to select it)

    • Task to be performed, including frequency (e.g., twice a day) and responsible personnel

  3. Save.


Duplicate a chamber

  1. Open the room you want to copy.

  2. Click "Duplicate."

  3. Modify as needed: name, site, section, tasks, frequencies, profiles, technical settings.

  4. Save: the new speaker appears in the list.


Deactivate or reactivate a speaker

  • Deactivation:

    1. Check the box to the left of the speaker.

    2. Click “Deactivate” (yellow button).

    3. Confirm.

    • The speaker appears grayed out on the tablet and can no longer receive temperature entries.

  • Reactivation:

    1. Check the box next to the chamber.

    2. Click "Reactivate selected zones."

    3. Confirm.

💡 By default, the list displays only active zones. Use the “All” filter to also view deactivated zones.


Delete a speaker

  • Click the trash can icon, then confirm the deletion.
