How do you manage storage areas?
The "Storage areas" tab lets you create, modify, duplicate, deactivate or delete storage areas on your site.
Create a storage zone

Click "Create a storage zone" (blue button).

Enter:

Storage area name

Site (and section, if applicable)
-
Target temperatures (example: 0 to 4 °C, even if the tolerance is up to 6 °C)

TAG (unlock the padlock to select it)

Task to be performed, including frequency (e.g., twice a day) and responsible personnel

Save.
Duplicate a chamber

Open the room you want to copy.

Click "Duplicate."

Modify as needed: name, site, section, tasks, frequencies, profiles, technical settings.

Save: the new speaker appears in the list.
Deactivate or reactivate a speaker

Deactivation:

Check the box to the left of the speaker.

Click “Deactivate” (yellow button).

Confirm.

The speaker appears grayed out on the tablet and can no longer receive temperature entries.

Reactivation:
-
Check the box next to the chamber.
-
Click "Reactivate selected zones."

Confirm.

💡 By default, the list displays only active zones. Use the “All” filter to also view deactivated zones.
Delete a speaker

Click the trash can icon, then confirm the deletion.
