How do I manage calendars and exceptional closures in Eezytrace?

What is the purpose of the calendar in Eezytrace? By default, Eezytrace considers a day to run from 00:00 to 00:00. 👉 If your establishment is open after midnight (e.g. until 1am or 2am), you can set up a customized calendar.
