How do I connect my tablet to WiFi?

📶 Check your tablet's Wi-Fi connection

A strong Wi-Fi connection is essential for your tablet to work properly. If you're having trouble accessing the internet or certain apps, here's how to check that your tablet is connected to a Wi-Fi network.

  1. Go to the tablet's home screen

  2. Launch the "Wi-Fi Center" app

  3. Check that one of the networks is selected

You can also go directly to the tablet’s system settings to check the Wi-Fi connection by following these steps:

🔓 Step 1: Unlock the tablet

Some tablets are locked to prevent unauthorized changes. To access the system settings:

  1. Tap the tablet screen several times until a window appears asking for a password.

  2. Contact our support team to obtain this temporary password:

  3. Enter the password to access the administrator settings.

🌐 Step 2: Access Wi-Fi settings

  1. Once the tablet is unlocked, open System Settings.

  2. Go to the Wi-Fi or Networks menu.

  3. Make sure Wi-Fi is turned on.

📡 Step 3: Check the connection

  • If the tablet is already connected, you’ll see the Wi-Fi network name displayed with the word “Connected” or an active connection symbol (usually a wave icon).

  • If no network is connected:

    • Select your Wi-Fi network from the list.

    • Enter the Wi-Fi password (if necessary).

    • Wait a few moments while the tablet establishes the connection.

🛠️ Step 4: If you encounter a problem

If the tablet won’t connect:

  • Check that the Wi-Fi network is working properly (try using another device).

  • Make sure the tablet is close to the modem or router.

  • Restart the tablet or Wi-Fi modem if necessary.

🛠️ Step 5: Check that the device can access our server

A device may be connected to a Wi-Fi network, but it may not be able to connect to the internet or our servers.

  1. Go to the user page

  2. In the bottom right corner, tap the circle

  3. A pop-up window should appear

  4. The result is red and indicates a connection issue. This means the network is unable to communicate with our servers, so data cannot be exchanged. Ask the customer to contact their IT department to resolve the issue

  5. The result is green and indicates that the connection is active: this means the connection is working properly.
