How can I check the version of the Eezytrace application on my tablet?

Display, synchronization, or performance issues may sometimes be caused by using an outdated version of the Eezytrace app. It is therefore important to make sure you are using the latest available version.

Here’s how to easily find this information directly within the app.


📲 Steps to check the version of the Eezytrace app

  1. Open the Eezytrace app on your tablet.

  2. Once on the home screen (the page where you see the list of users), locate the “i” icon (information symbol) in the top right corner, near the logo.

  3. Tap this “i” icon.

  4. An information window will open. It displays several useful details:

    • The client

    • The location

    • The tablet number (in the format: C000XXX#S00XX#T0X#X)

    • The version of the Eezytrace app

🛠 Important: The displayed version must match the latest version released by Eezytrace. If it does not, bugs may occur.


❓ What should I do if the version is not up to date?

If you notice that the app version is incorrect:

  • Do not attempt to update it yourself.
