Getting started with the Espace Manager

Log in

Open manager.eezytrace.com, ideally with Google Chrome, and log in with your email and password. First login? See activate my Espace Manager account.

Two main areas

• Monitoring: follow what is happening on your sites.

• Configuration: adapt Eezytrace to your organization.

The home page: your day at a glance

• the synchronization status of your tablets;

• non-conformities to process, in progress and processed;

• planned tasks and those already done;

• the number of records per process.

Monitoring menus

• History of checks: all checks, filterable and exportable

• Incident: process and validate non-conformities

• Monitoring indicators: cleaning plan, supplier tracking

• Self-service use-by date tracking

• Licences: the status of each tablet

Configuration menus

Users, cleaning plan, storage units, documents, calendar… See what you can configure yourself.

Tips

• Filters are set in the right-hand panel: remember to click Apply.

• An incomplete display is often caused by a filter that is too restrictive or by the browser cache: see display problem.
