How to free up space on a tablet (Memory full)

We recommend uninstalling app updates or deleting stored data from the apps installed on your tablet, starting with those that take up the most space.

Please note that it is important not to touch the Eezytrace app.

 

To do this, you can follow these simple steps:
To access the system settings: Tap several times on your tablet screen until a window opens asking you to enter the password. You can obtain this password by calling support. Make sure you enter it correctly.

  1. Go to your tablet’s home screen and open “Settings”.

  2. Navigate to “Apps”.

  3. You will see a list of all installed apps.

    Sort the list of apps by size.






  4. Delete, in order, those that take up the most space:

⚠️ Do not delete Eezytrace data.

 

  • If the “Uninstall updates” option is available, you can uninstall app updates. To do this, click on the three vertical dots to the right of the app information. This will allow you to revert the app to its original version: 

  • If this option is not available, once in the app settings, look for the “Storage” option, then select “Clear data” and “Clear cache”:

 

By following these steps for all installed apps (except Eezytrace), you should be able to free up space on your tablet and improve its performance.
